Tips for the TS55 and TS75 Saws.

Many new owners comment about the unusual noise the TS plunge cut saw makes on start up. Festool incorporates it's MMC Electronics in the motor, this helps to protect it from over heating and keeps the saw running at speed while under load. These electronics are what causes the somewhat unusual sound of the saw, but don't worry that sound is perfectly normal. You can listen to the sound of my saw in the video clip below.
